You can send push notifications to users that have opted in to receive push messages. This is very useful for public service announcements, general information or sponsor related messages.
A push message really only requires a Title and a Message Body, but you can also link the push to an external web site, or to an internal widget.
Emoji's are allowed in both the title and the message body ?
